Re: The Crypt
Akechetka strode up to the crypt quite confidently.
"So the only thing between us and piles of treasure is a crypt full of dead guys?"

"And some sort of spooky magic spring of future-seeing." he said with a nod.

Re: The Crypt
"..." James sighed and did some warmup stretches. This was going to be an...interesting adventure.
Re: The Crypt
Mourgra cleared her throat. "Before you should go in, I am again going to warn you not to touch anything but the waters. Be careful many vermin have taken up residence in here. Normally we would drive them out, but given our current situation we have not had time. Good luck to you and should you die, we will simply bury you with the others."

Re: The Crypt
James stepped out of the dungeon first, holding the vial carefully in one hand as he approached Mourgra. "Well, that place has seen...better days." He grimaced slightly. "There was screaming moss, white dragon wyrmlings and gigantic beetles....but we got it." He offered the vial to her politely.
Re: The Crypt
mourgra bowed to the young monk "I appreciate you bringing me this. The moss is common down there, but the dragon is rather unusual. We will send a team down to clean it out and seal the chamber."

Re: The Crypt
"Alright, so we've got your water. My companion and I would like to get payment for the service, and also... volunteer to deal with the Dragonling after spending some time in town to reequip and get rid of a few insect bits we recovered.
Roderick brandished the spiders obscene head, and grinned. He was sure they could put down that little creature, but first they had to get rid of the insect bits before they went bad, and became unsellable. An apothecary would likely want such things. They'd have to deal with that rather quickly in this heat.
"So about payment..."

Re: The Crypt
The little goblin smiled wickedly.
"Where I come from dragon hunting is rite of passage."

Re: The Crypt
James nodded slightly and cleared his throat. He was interested in the reward as well, but for a different reason...
He wanted to make sure that the orphans on the street he was living on at the moment got to eat today. He'd seen how they were living...
He looked up quickly, realizing something. "...ah...incidently...we found several dead people down there. One was a cleric." He looked to the side, sighing. That had disturbed him a bit.

Re: The Crypt
Mourgra turned and walked away speaking as she went. "Your reward will be given. In the mean time I need to find out where the first piece of the staff is." she vanished up the steps muttering to herself.
"If you'll follow us well take you to the throne room to distribute your reward." The queen beckoned them to follow.

Re: The Crypt
Roderick followed, though a little reluctantly. He wanted to deal with the poisons in a hurry if possible.

Re: The Crypt
Akechetka was a bit more eager to follow along. Treasure was always enticing... well a bit less so when there were ghosts involved... but otherwise.

Re: The Crypt
James, naturally enough, followed as well.
At the very least he wanted to make sure that things were being distributed that were fair. His teammates...they didn't seem trustworthy.
